Although I have not posted any new cookie recipes here lately, I have one in the works… Pina Colada Cookies with Macadamia Nuts. First of all I need all the help I can get in winning the cooking contest. It will be so exciting… winner goes to Hawaii and then shares their recipe on the local television channel on the island with a chef. My dreams will all be fulfilled… Hawaii, TV, a real chef cooking my recipe. I can barely contain my excitement!
